Juju Lewis is a skilled wide receiver entering his junior season at FIU after transferring from Georgia Tech. A native of Davie, Florida, Lewis brings sharp route running, dependable hands, and big-play potential to the Panthers’ offense.
Though he did not appear in a game during his time at Georgia Tech, Lewis redshirted in 2022 and used his time in the program to grow both physically and mentally. He now returns home to South Florida with a fresh opportunity to make his mark at the college level.
Lewis was a standout at Western High School, where he played under head coach Adam Ratkevich. Competing in one of the most talent-rich regions in the country, he earned first-team All-Broward County honors from both the South Florida Sun Sentinel and Miami Herald as a senior. That year, he caught 77 passes for 1,260 yards and 14 touchdowns. Over his high school career, he totaled 148 receptions, 2,378 yards, and 25 touchdowns. Earlier in his career at Stranahan High School, he posted 49 catches for 795 yards and seven scores, earning third-team 5A all-state recognition.
Now at FIU, Lewis is focused on earning a role in the receiver rotation and bringing consistent production to the offense. With his experience, talent, and local roots, he’s ready to help the Panthers compete in 2025.
Known for his toughness and academic focus, Buchanon maintained a GPA above 3.0 throughout high school. Now at FIU, he’s focused on earning a larger role and continuing to grow as a reliable presence in the trenches.
